SFAS was started to upgrade the DSA arrangement with a Proprietorship concern to a more regulated LLP form of business entity. SFAS does only DSA business with various banks and NBFCs representing them to customers. At SFAS we have done some very complex structures even for a simple Housing Loan since the customer requirement demanded proper structuring of his loans. In the same way we have executed some complex Mortgage Loans.
SFCPL was started to enable the promoters to take up large fund syndication assignments from reputed clients. In SFCPL we represent our borrower client to a variety of lenders. The major successes of SFCPL are shared under Case Studies.
Started way back in 2002, this proprietorship firm started by CSV Prasad, is the first business entity of SPECTRA Group. Initially it was registered with many banks as a DSA for Home Loans, Mortgage Loans and Unsecured Loans. It still continues to be the DSA to CITI Bank Mortgages.
Indus Associates has been floated as a separate entity to focus on the Real Estate related activities of the group. In Indus Associates we handle Property Management Services, handholding upcoming developers right from the property bookng stage till registration of the property to the buyer.
CCCPL is a more recent entity of the group where in only Management Consulting & Advisory Sercvices assignments are undertaken.
