Prasad CSV the founder of the Spectra Group brings with him more than 18 years of experience in Banking and the past 20 years in Financial Consultancy. He has Specialised Banking skills in Corporate Credit, International Banking & Strong Customer Service orientation Expansion Projects, Joint Ventures / MOUs, Foreign Subsidiary establishment, Fund Raising, Business Valuation, etc. He holds the unique distinction of having brought into the country, the first credit card – the VISA card – through Andhra Bank way back in 1981.

Madhavi is a Civil engineer who also holds a PG diploma in Construction Management. She had 20 years plus experience in real estate development wherein she handled – Land acquisition, Lay out development & marketing, Apartment construction and marketing, Liaising with various government departments, CRM etc. At SPECTRA she independently handles the Retail Loans portfolio.
